Manipulative and Toxic - Anonymous employee Multimind International Employee Review

Multimind has contact with international companies such as Samsung.

The employees at Multimind are very young, confused and there is a high employee turnover. The assignments are not as promised as Multimind don't understand the work description from the client. I was employed to a role that was completely different from what Multimind promised. When they realized I wasn't fit for the role (the mistake they had done themselves) they used me for 6 months and then just before the probation period almost was over they decided to fire me for no valid reason. The reason for firing me was not explained to me. I was completely used and lied to. Please stay away from Multimind. They use international vulnerable people to earn money from the big well-known brands such as Samsung etc. The salary and conditions are very bad. There are no work ethic, no safety and no reliability.

Decent student work. MultiMind treats their employees great. Always working with new and interesting people.

It's a bit unreliable and projects seem to come very sporadic and last minute.
