The truth - Engineer Multilink Employee Review

I believe the owners genuinely mean well when they say this or that. The problem is the follow through/ever changing/unclear thoughts. They will say do this, then when you do it they get upset cause they meant that. I think the owners suffer from severe stress and it bleeds into the company from every angle. The environment that this creates is one where managers are constantly blaming others so they aren’t the target of the owners stress. If you want a place where you can implement change, look elsewhere or go in knowing that you are going against the whole company
