The position is a great entry level position in real estate finance. The people are nice and the office is Metro accessible.
Cons
My only complaint really is that the job has a lot of HUD rule and regulations that have to be learned. Also my commute could be better. While the office is Metro accessible, I don't live near a Metro to take advantage.
