      Wages, great clients and staff to work with, work/life balance

      Favouritism of the management, physically and psychologically demanding work, no support from the management, and constant lack of staff resulted in overload

      There are some amazing staff there.

      Cons

      Systemic issues not addressed. Couldn't get your work done because you were doing the work of a separate team. Still expected to get your work done and they refuse to fix the major issue of this other team.
