      It is a big company and this size allow the collaborators to work in projects from different areas and learn during this time.

      Cons

      The burocracy inside the company is at the same size than the company itself. Sometimes this burocracy can slow the development.

      Pros

      Company offers a ton of different internal trainings that are really recognized by the market.

      Cons

      You need to establish the boundaries on your work life balance. The company will give you a lot to work on but, in my case, the leadesrhip always help when asked.
