      Extra hours very frequently and encouraged by managers - you do what is needed) No focus in long term development. Competition seems to be ahead Technical career not valued anymore

      Pros

      Company offers a ton of different internal trainings that are really recognized by the market.

      Cons

      You need to establish the boundaries on your work life balance. The company will give you a lot to work on but, in my case, the leadesrhip always help when asked.
