Pros
The company itself is built off of strong corporate leaders who are not afraid to get their hands dirty when necessary.
The properties are absolutely spectacular and the pay was very well for a leasing consultant.
Cons
The honest truth is that the on-site managers at my specific property were nothing short of horrendous. My two direct supervisors were both belittling, rude, and arrogant. They would and will always make you feel as though you are not enough, despite leading the property in leasing the entire time I was there (Out of a large team of LC's).
If you ever present any sort of pushback to the "norms" that they have set in place, you are open to public embarrassment in front of the entirety of your co-workers and management.
The company was disorganized and times and it felt like no matter how much we did right, the wrongs would always be our fault even if it didn't have to do with us.
You will be written up for some of the most ridiculous reasons ever known to man.
and most of all THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT ADVANCEMENTS, they will discourage you looking at other companies in the hopes of keeping your roped down with them for no raise.
