I have worked at MultiMechanics full time for less than a year and can honestly say that it has been one of the most positive working experiences of my career. -Management actually seems to care about you as a person and your career -The work itself is very engaging. Innovation and suggestions are encouraged, allowing employees to excel at their jobs. -Vacations and time to unplug are encouraged rather than frowned upon like some other companies I have worked for -Exciting, fast-paced startup environment -Option to work remotely in some positions -Excellent health benefits for US employees -Management constantly striving to improve - from day to day operations to asking for feedback from employees frequently -The team is made up of extremely smart and hard-working individuals who have a "do what it takes to get the job done" attitude It is obvious that the company leadership works hard to make MultiMechanics a great place to work. I am excited to see where the company will be in a few years as it continues to grow.
