Pros
Small team, cool people. Creative and intelligent. Interesting projects and clients. Overall fun atmosphere, lots of variety in the day to day. Good parties and nice benefits. It's definitely a good job to get overall if you're lucky!
Cons
Some of the temperaments can be hard to take at times. Favoritism and cronyism, but that just goes with the territory. Not a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. That aside, it is really fun and inspiring place to work alongside some very creative and talented people.
