Pros
Overall good work environment, the owner is very down to earth and generous, summer hours, overall company organization is good, benefits are pretty average, wages are competitive for the most part.
Cons
Communication between sales and other departments is lacking (might have something to do with the people not the company). Health insurance benefits could be a little bit improved. Management was very late to conduct reviews.
