Pros
- Company is growing fast and putting up extremely good numbers - Capitalized $7m - New office near Tokyo Dome - Catered lunches on Wednesdays - free drinks 24/7 - English speaking office - Japanese is not required - Employees are like family. Everyone gets along extremely well. Best I have ever experienced in Japan. - No horrific stereotypical Japanese management like what one comes to expect working for big companies in Japan - The work is actually fun compared to other companies that I worked - When things occasionally go sideways, everyone comes together to work out solutions instead of playing blame games - extremely fair/competitive compensation packages and benefits
Cons
- We double in size every year, which may require moving to bigger offices every 1 - 2 years - Some of my coworkers work a lot of hours. SO I worry about some of them, but they do it because they want to and not because anyone is forcing them to do so.
