Lars and Marissa, the owners of the company were born with silver spoons and are incredibly out of touch with reality. The are vehemently anti union. They recently brought in HR hires from other mega corporations such as Wal-Mart that are destroying the culture. Managers come and go more frequently than staff. Upper management is unsupportive and make false promises. The recently did an employee census cause they wanted to gloat about how many POCs and Queer people they have on payroll.
