Pros
•Most of the ex team members were great to work with. •The office is generally quiet, which can be a plus if you prefer minimal distractions.
Cons
•Lack of respect for staff input: Despite scheduling long meetings specifically to gather feedback, the management never actually listens to their staff. They ask for input but don’t act on it, leaving employees feeling unheard and frustrated. •Delayed payments: Commission payments to staff and suppliers are constantly delayed. It’s very unprofessional, and the company’s failure to meet financial commitments only adds to the stress. •No support when needed: Whenever issues arise, there’s no real support from management. Problems are brushed off as “small issues,” leaving employees to handle everything on their own. It’s draining and demoralizing. •No pay raises/Confusing commission structure: There’s no clear path for advancement or salary growth. The commission structure is overly complicated with a lot of grey areas, making it impossible to understand how much you’ll actually be earning. •Unpaid commissions: As a former employee, I’m still waiting for commissions that were never paid. This is unacceptable and reflects the company’s disregard for its employees. •Toxic work culture: The company expects you to work like a slave, constantly pushing you to go above and beyond for their benefit, while your mental health and well-being take a back seat. The pressure and lack of support contribute to a toxic environment that ultimately leads to burnout.
