Cons
The entire facility is constant of a reality check. Employee overload, mismanagement, dim lit working areas for CSRs, it’s a do as I say or you’re fired atmosphere. Customers over priced which makes service tickets a hard push resulting in shark like mentality of field techs. Safety is of no concern, most field techs only wear sneakers.
