      Nothing is pro if their is no job security.

      Cons

      -I was new to the project, a month or so since i joined the team. I used a site to compare the changes in the code. They terminated my employment without any notice. -Should not be preferred choice. -They have left me high and dry with no job,no notice and loads of stress.
