Cons
Very ridged style of management, traditional management style, completely function not like a start up. Chinese culture oriented. Favors China Chinese employees. Their opinions and ideas matters more as compared to real experiances. Most team leads are inexperiance and pretends to know what they are doing in front of the CEO. When project goes wrong they push others to be scape goat to save face. Most team leads don't have people management skills, poor EQ, likes to brew politics and completely doesn't have foresight and are not qualified. Dishonest, toxic environment to work longer.
