Working hours flexible, most employees can enjoy cookies, fruits and other team building welfare. Senior management team is really hard-working. There are a lot of tech leaders open-minded, fighting for productivity, responsibility and team's rights, willing to work hard for his team to follow, encourage to learn new things, follow the best practice and cover his team. Teammates are also open to help.
Cons
No career paths for most employees. Strategies are changed quite frequently, lack of market plan and investigation. Most of those tech leaders leave, for different or similar reasons. Lacking of human resources and technology accumulation leads to no code review, no proper training and no productivity. (as I expect for those talent people)
