endless complexity and changes in leadership, direction never says consistent. Everything gets pinned on the very small sales team.

The people here are truly the best part of the job. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and willing to help out when things get busy. The atmosphere is positive overall, and most managers genuinely care about their teams and try to do what’s best for them. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration across departments, which makes the day-to-day work enjoyable. With a new president recently joining, I’m hopeful that we’ll start to see even more positive change moving forward.

Pay is definitely on the lower side, especially for employees who’ve been with the company for a while. It sometimes feels like new hires get more attention, higher pay, and better perks, while long-term employees end up with more work and stress instead of recognition. The upper leadership team also feels a bit disconnected from what employees are actually dealing with day to day. I really do love this company, but I’d love to see more appreciation and investment in the people who’ve helped it grow.
