Pros
Nice offices. Before the COVID started they had already implemented home office. There are digital trainings quite interesting and for free for the employees. However, because of the huge workload you hardly ever have time to take them.
Cons
Movistar means working a lot of extra working hours and not getting paid for them. managers are used to call you during weekends or schedule a meeting when you are about to leave. Movistar used to be the best place to work but it is not anymore. People working around 10 years are kicked out of the company. Also lots of changes without a clear strategy for human resources, in a year and a half I had 3 managers. Reduction of workers and therefore increase of workload is quite common.
