      Pros

      I really enjoy the actual day to day, the team environment is really nice. It is a great group of people that I work with every day and all of us are looking to accomplish the goals. Excellent manager to work with. Great mentor that push me to give the best I have.

      Cons

      The company is a bit unorganized.

      Pros

      I've been at two other places that talk about employees as family. This is the first place where it feels like it. Everyone is in the loop. Good work, good people. When there is an issue we raise it and fix it. Communication is better than anywhere I've been in the past.
