Pros

Truly everything with this company is a pro. Imagine only seeing 4-5 patients per day, in the schedule that you had full control over, treating only the types of patients that you love working with, all while making more money than the ceiling at an in-network clinic.

Cons

It can be daunting to market yourself, but like all things, this is a skill that you can improve upon with practice. Drive time can sometimes add up if you aren't planning your schedule optimally, but with the addition of treatment hubs, this has declined significantly.

Pros

As I write this it almost sounds too good to be true, but it is. If you are a physical therapist looking to escape the high-volume clinic mill and avoid burnout, MovementX offers the ultimate career. The company provides unmatched autonomy with a fully flexible schedule, allowing you to deliver exceptional, true 1-on-1 patient care for a full hour without the stress of double-booking. You get to enjoy the exceptional earning potential of a cash-based practice, easily hitting a six-figure salary seeing just 20 patients a week (4 per day, which is wild) combined with robust benefits and comprehensive marketing support. Best of all, MovementX has a dedicated team that handles all the administrative burdens and insurance headaches, empowering you to focus entirely on driving incredible clinical outcomes and growing your career within a highly supportive, mentor-rich community. Truly a dream job.

Cons

This level of autonomy requires PTs to be self starters, but there is also ample support locally and from the larger community.

Pros

Phenomenal work culture- four years in and plenty has changed about the company (for the better!) but the quality of people who are part of the MX Community has consistently stayed the best I've ever experienced. It's been amazing to see how we've grown as an organization and how our focus on the goals that drive MovementX forward have continued to refine and improve. And how throughout that growth, we've been able to uphold our core values and keep what's at the heart of the company strong.

Cons

It can be challenging to keep up with all the things we do, particularly speaking from the staff side of things, since we're a small staff supporting a larger number of providers.
