      Pros

      Online classes are so fun, the lessons are ready for u to teach and it’s task based learning. The teens are Italian and so kind and fun to teach.

      Cons

      You have to commit to their summer school if you want to work online throughout the year. And now they’ve removed the extra bonus, unless you complete the summer school and year. So the pay isn’t that great if you need the money there and then to survive on.

      Freedom to innovate and explore own ideas. It's awesome to work with international students. Task-based learning is great, and as an instructor, it makes the experience more fun and dynamic Free lunch every day Competitive pay

      I wish they had full-time positions in Miami :( Loved working for this company.

      Pros

      MLA provides a workbook to guide lesson planning, simplifying the preparation process. Once a set of lessons is developed, they can be adjusted and reused in subsequent sessions. Decent pay and free lunch.
