      IT at Mouser is a bit ancient, dating back to the systems used in the last few decades. The company is growing super fast so a lot of investment is being routed to IT to better support the business as a whole

      Cons

      Pay for developers is below area (DFW) average Emphasis not on writing the best code but on writing good enough products, but that is change, look above

      Pros

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
