Pros

I love the family oriented atmosphere. There are lot of folks here that have several years of tenure. Love the culture, and the willingness to change. Lots of onsite perks to being here. Gym coming, nurse practitioner coming, WhichWich on site, ping pong tables, grills, Courtyards

Cons

Parking, hours, and that's really about it!

Pros

Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

Cons

Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
