The operating system was, at times difficult to work with, in a remote environment. The appraisal review department seemed to put a major emphasis on turnaround time, and not addressing the client's specific needs on an assignment. The review process was treated as though it was a bulk commodity and not that each appraisal, and review, was a unique event, which may require specific effort and due diligence. Extra effort, and time put into an assignment, which were often greatly appreciated, by the client, were, nevertheless, discouraged.
