Almost all the residents are a real pleasure to be around, and they're truly grateful for help.
Cons
Low pay. Management doesn't make eye-contact with lower-ranking employees. Very high turnover of CNAs and housekeepers. Mediocrity is incentivized, e.g., pay starts low and is capped low, so someone working there for only four years cannot look forward to another pay raise. There is little reason to work hard, and it shows in morale, environment, personnel, etc.
