In relation to feeling a level of uncertainty in the business due to people leaving, I would like to re-assure you that is something we are working on with the Senior Leadership Team, and is why we like to communicate both new starters and leavers with full transparency. We aim to provide all employees with the skills, knowledge and behaviours necessary to drive the business forward, promote continuous performance improvement and encourage greater engagement – helping us find, grow and retain talent. We’ve recently invested in our people team and confident that your opinion on this matter will change in due course based on the various initiatives we have implemented.
