Motoza is a breath of fresh air for agency life. As the company has a small team, everyone is supportive of one another and there is no upper management favoritism you see at other large agencies. The company allows a lot of opportunity to grow in your role, as everyone is open to new ideas and ways to improve account management. As someone who loves organization, I really appreciate the company’s robust process for project management. They use a platform that makes task completion seamless and ensures that tasks do not get swept under the rug. Another plus of the company is they provide time and training for you to learn skills you’re interested in to help advance your expertise of digital marketing. I am very thankful I found this agency, as I’ve been able to learn and grow in my role while having support from managers who want me to be successful in my career. I also appreciate that they provide the freedom to explore different avenues of marketing, as I feel I have been able to develop a more rounded skill set.
Cons
No cons except the work life balance can be skewed more towards work sometimes, but my manager does a great job working with me to ensure my workload is manageable.
