      Pros

      A great supportive family employeer, This role was underaken after 30 years Service in Law Enforcement and 4 years in a central government role, taking a leap of faith into the Commercial world , I have not looked back and still feel part of the law Enforcement family, doing my bit supporting and modernising policing. This organisation recognises the value of previous roles and experience and maximises your skills to deliver qualitiy.

      Cons

      A very large company so you do need to make an effort to kep in touch with developments and changes. The annual pay rise was cancelled?postponed this year , we are awaiting an update but are hopeful.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
