Pros

It was a great work environment and I learned a lot from working there. My immediate boss Joe who hired me took time to help me in learning applications like Maya and Blender. I had experience in school, but this job really helped me to sharpen my skills. Great co-workers and very stress-free work environment.

Cons

Very little to complain about. Maybe our department could've had it's own restroom or break room, but it was pretty comfortable. The only major complaint was the new management didn't seem to care much about the work we were doing and began undercut our department at the frustration of my boss. Eventually they decided our department was no longer needed and shut it down.

Pros

Great people all around, helpful and overall nice. Management was understanding and wanted you to do well. Competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

Specific to my role, the software wasn't as good as it could have been. This may because I wasn't able to get a solid understanding on my end.

Pros

If you are done moving up in your career and you are happy with what your are earning, this is the place for you. Most people are long haulers, untalented, settled in mediocracy. Come join them. I as well as most staff seem to work at 50% capacity.

Cons

The staff and management are mediocre at best, You have to be willing to accept incompetence as the norm. It is frustrating to see how they all hold on to each other in order to perpetuate their incompetent ways of doing business or accounting. I could run this operation with half the accounting staff. I suspect they will be in financial turmoil in the next 2-3 years. Mangers go out of their way to make everything more complicated than it needs to be in order to make their job seem important. Middle and upper management's own ineptitude or complacency keeps them from understanding how things could be done better, so instead they hold on to nonsense.
