Pros

Located in Dallas and near Dallas attractions

Cons

Every single thing. The owners are liars, racists, sexist and lack an overall sense of moral code. Ownership treats their employees based off of things that have gotten them sued multiple times, losing each case. If you work here, based on data, you will end your employment relationship with the company seeking legal counsel.

Pros

It's been a great place to work - lots of great colleagues. For the most part, I feel heard, but it is sometimes hard to get through to the senior management, as they aren't always present.

Cons

While it is starting to change, there is still a disparity in employees' ages. So many are in their 50s and older, while few are younger. I think it would be great to have a mentoring program that encourages workers to level up, especially since the company has a huge number of long-term employees. As these long-term employees retire, the company's future success will greatly benefit. Mentors shouldn't advise their own employees but others who want to rise within the company, potentially to different departments. It is hard to keep up with the steep rise in inflation, so make sure wages/salaries are aligned with the market.

Pros

Good Pay , and good benefits

Cons

Terrible management, they will hire new people to scare the current employees that they will get replaced, you will not get proper training and expect you to learn in one day everything. Expecting to replace the current worker but since you didn't learn everything in one day they will let you go.
