Motomtech has been a great company starting out. Because Motomtech is a new company, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel.
My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get set up in my developer area.
Motomtech also takes employees on monthly activities and quarterly retreats.

Sometimes we have late meetings with clients, but that’s because of the time differences anyways.
