The work environment in the Mount Pleasant office is very good. Working hours are somewhat flexible and only 37.5 hours per week. Good 401k plan and medical insurance.
Cons
Employee benefits are slowly decreasing each year. No vision insurance and dental insurance is limited. Employment is 'at will' and no notice or severance packages are offered.
