      Pros

      Compensation is at market rate.

      Cons

      They don't give a damn about their employees. We were just numbers on a balance sheet. They don't care that we have families to suppport. They treat all employees as expendible commodities, not people.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
