Where does one start. At will employer, meaning for any reason they layoff and / or find ways to get rid of employees. Time and time again every year they layoff hundreds of workers. Beliwve ao that it looka like they are always hiring which raises the value of their eventual ipo. Nothimg works, over promise and under deliver micro manage although managers have no clue what thwy are doing so wndleas meetonga and reports that basically comes down to "busy work" for half of your day which takes away from cutomer care. My advice, run as fast as you can away from this train wreck of a company. Also lie abput unlimoted PTO lucky to get one day a season if you ask for it becuase its manager discretion and they always cannot give you the time.
