Lack of leadership and management. Company's goals do not align with projects - each department has their own goals that don't align.
No professional growth and for some positions, no clear career path. I would repeatedly ask for feedback and additional work, but management did not have the time to bother with me. I'd also complete projects requested by management, but my work never went anywhere because they did not have the time to review it or implement it. I kept getting back "yeah just do it", and when I would take the initiative, management would tell me to stop
Lack of culture. Almost everyone who made KeepTruckin amazing has either left because they were fed up with management or has been let go.
