Pros

So many pros. If I ever leave the company, I'll be sure to list them here. But for now - I wake up every day excited to work. The people here are just unfathomably kind and the owner cares deeply about her employees. The work is great and keeps you on your toes. Culture is above and beyond.

Cons

Not many. Maybe an increase in diversity in certain departments.

Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on cultivating a positive agency environment. This includes people-first benefits like competitive pay and a generous PTO plan. Part of our commitment also includes a comfortable 35-hour work week, which we strive to maintain. Things do ebb and flow in our business, so workload can pick up on occasion, but no one is expected to consistently work after hours. If this has been your experience, we hope you will connect with your manager, as this is not a typical Motion employee experience, and we’ll make sure you get the support you need.
