I love that our product is makes actually meaningful changes to people's lives all around the global (especially in less prosperous regions like South East Asia, Africa, South America). Fantastic team, deeply technical industry to get into, and great job satisfaction.

Long hours, lots of background knowledge required, and a slow moving industry. Not for the faint of heart or impatient.

I enjoyed the people I worked with in the Schertz office. I understand management has recently changed.

Very high turn average tenure would easily be under three years, possibly two. Lack of marketing & product maturity and an actual value add or a channel management plan. Get things in writing, as that can change, and you might be competing against your own website on the sales side.
