      Pros

      Close knit culture, fairly easy going.

      Cons

      Motic Hong Kong sales office management are inexperienced, provide no training, and are not suitable for management material. HR not on your side. Strong drinking culture, no WFH, no flexibility, computers are very old and slow.

      Pros

      I love that our product is makes actually meaningful changes to people's lives all around the global (especially in less prosperous regions like South East Asia, Africa, South America). Fantastic team, deeply technical industry to get into, and great job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of background knowledge required, and a slow moving industry. Not for the faint of heart or impatient.
