Training is inadequate and unfair. The company “promotes” you within 3–6 months not as recognition, but because they can’t retain employees (most leave after experiencing the toxic culture). They discourage or even forbid meaningful contact with colleagues, creating an isolating “one-person island” environment. Feedback is superficial, serving only to polish the company’s image; positive contributions are ignored, while negative points are overemphasized. Heavy micromanagement, unprepared managers, and poor leadership. The CEO is more concerned about appearances on social media than building a healthy workplace — often coming across as creepy. RUN! It’s not worth the effort
