Pros

Awesome atmosphere, flexible, opportunity to make a lot of money and grow as a professional. I worked there for a year and left because I landed a job somewhere else I could not refuse. The reason I was offered the job though was because of my experience at MVP. Management cares and would rather see their employees happy than to make a few extra bucks. (Honestly, incredibly understanding and are willing to work with you to make sure you are comfortable and successful.)

Cons

Could use a bit more structure when it comes to training.

Pros

I obtained some really valuable work experience to add to my resume. This job required me to learn to be a strong leader and to be confident in making decisions on daily office operations. I was given a lot of free reign to develop and implement office policies, structures and procedures that were non-existant.

Cons

There is a HUGE communication gap between Operations and Sales. There is very little effective communication that occurs between these two departments. Very difficult to speak with certain executive members of Operations; never available to speak with directly and will always delegate questions or issues needing resolution to someone else. You can run around for days trying to obtain information or may not get an answer at all. Corporate is unable to communicate effectively across the board to all office locations. A LOT OF NEPOTISM within this organization. There is an expectation that you are to sacrifice your personal time to fulfill company and customer needs. Pay does not match job title, assigned responsibilities and actual job duties performed.
