the hardworking pick up the slack of the lazier, providers occasionally leave the nurses or medical assistants to fix their mistakes, rude patients are rewarded for misbehaving

Amazing coworkers! Comfy work environments. Decent schedule. Supervisors overall pretty good. Decent bennies. I think senior management really does try to do good, but they were extremely disconnected from the daily reality of most staff.

HR department was very frequently inaccurate/dishonest. Values internal politics over doing the right thing. Contacted me more than once for office issues while I was on PTO (ex: on my honeymoon!!) then tried to paint it as "courtesy" and "expectation" . Termed me so they could hire in a different position. Very, very little opportunity for vertical promotion.
