Pros
Very little supervision and no micromanagement. Great stepping stone if you dont want to actually do work or if you want to watch the description of a circus.
Cons
CEO does not respect accounting or his project managers. Has been hacked after being advised of high potential of risk of this happening. During the COVID crisis he claimed that everyone most likely already has the virus anyways so there was no need to work from home and allowed many people to gather in a small space. CEO doesnt pay his subs when need be and will ask others to handle his issues for him instead of looking at the data and seeing that the subcontractors are owed that money. He will try to get his project managers to force subcontractors to sign final waivers when they're owed at least 3 or more pay app invoices. Fired project managers because they refused to do this to thier subcontractors. Claims to have a 401k but hasnt submitted the 5500s since 2017 and doesnt contribute when expected to for employees. You want to get EVERYTHING in writing from CEO - he tries to do handshake deals with everyone and will then claim he didnt say that and he doesnt owe that benefit or something that affects you directly.
