Pros

Headquarters and manufacturing are both local, supporting the local economy. Good benefits and work environment if you are management. Recently acquired a big competitor in their field.

Cons

If you aren't management you're out of luck, poor benefits and pay. They have a lot of great employees, but management refuses to listen to their advice and act like they know everything. Could be a really great place to work if you could get rewarded for helping improve things instead of looked down upon.

Pros

Benefits are reasonable and there are good employees who really want to make a difference in the healthcare space.

Cons

Culture is very negative and not what is presented at time of hire. There is no real opportunity for advancement within the company. Employee input is irrelevant, not valued by Senior Management and viewed as a roadblock. Salaries are well below market value. The workload is extreme. Employees are working in an environment where they do not feel appreciated and respect for others is lacking. Conflict resolution is less than desirable and there is no safe haven for employees to go to with concerns. Bonus structure is not concrete. There is a lack of integrity throughout Senior Management. They say they have metrics to determine eligibility but the decision is made based on if you are someone that is a "friend" of the CFO or owner not based on performance. Final note - customers are not valued.
