The best thing about the new changes in 2018 is that the company has completely restructured the US operations and upper Management. In doing so, the company was able to unite a team of strong team players to push the US operations in ways previous employee's could not.
Morson International is the kind of company you can have complete control of your career at. Yes, there will be greater responsibility beyond your job description but this leads to advancement in your career. Morson promotes from within and offers great recognition for accomplishments.
Cons
In the past, Morson was way to lenient on employee's being late to work and not being able to fully deliver on their job requirements. Having these kind of employees brought down the moral in the office.
Thankfully, new management has corrected this issue!
