      Great growth opportunities Excellent networking Encourages employees to bring their ideas forward Will invest time and money into employees who seek advancement

      Cons

      Often asked to take on additional responsibilities at accounts you do not work at, which ends up hurting the account you actually work at. Frequently pays at the bare minimum of your pay grade. Will even pay below your pay grade if they realize you do not know you are being underpaid.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
