descent employees and lower management that have good sense of reality of how things work as a teem.
Cons
upper management doesn't have a clue on how things work, but likes to dictate policies that are not based in reality.lack of communication to the staff that has to preform the jobs or ask if their new policy would work.In their word just do it with less staff and no over time, beyond their braking point.they are just numbers on a spread sheet.to give an example we had an employee that worked for many years at this facility,but when this company came in it pushed her to the breaking point and she had a stroke on the job.if it wasn't for fellow employees forcing her to go to the emergency department she would have died.Management did nothing for her even when she was forced to retire because of it. so no this company dose not care for its employees.
