      Pros

      The benefits are good. Also the access to good food using your meal plan is nice. Starting with 25 PTO days per year is great. There is lots of access to free CEUs and they pay for your academy membership.

      Cons

      I did not receive any extra compensation for having a masters degree in a related field, they said it was irrelevant. We do not get any extra holiday pay for working on holidays. At times management tries to take advantage of salary employees with hours expected for them to work.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
