      Ambitious and exciting residential and commercial projects, design focused. Very talented staff to work along side, lots of support throughout different stages of projects, good work/ life balance and flexible working

      Cons

      Not many negatives - Lower salary than expected and little benefits. Difficulties managing complex industry at the moment
