If you’re early in your career, you might pick up a few skills simply because you’ll have to figure everything out yourself. The product itself is decent and the mission sounds great on paper.

I don't even know where to start. There’s no strategy, no real leadership, and priorities change every week. Everyone works in constant survival mode, dealing with last-minute requests and unrealistic deadlines. Feedback is taken personally, the culture is genuinely toxic, and pretty much every talented person ends up leaving quickly.
